  4. out and return this form to PKWARE.  When the enclosed information is
  5. verified, you will receive your serial number from PKWARE.

  7. Please note that this does not constitute a license from PKWARE to distribute
  8. the executable programs PKZIP, PKUNZIP or self-extracting PKSFX files for
  9. commercial purposes.  See LICENSE.DOC or contact PKWARE Inc. for more
  10. information about distribution licenses for the software.
